I design and write sewing patterns for small accessories.
I live in lovely Portland, Oregon. Portland is pretty much the craft capital of the US--there are so many talented people here!
This blog is the best I can do to offer you a view into my personal interest in sewing.
You might notice that sometimes comments are disabled. I'm an introvert, so the interactive part of blogging doesn't come naturally to me. I read every comment, but unless there is something to add to the conversation, I don't generally respond. I do interact on flickr and often cross post my blog entries to my flickr stream, so if you have a comment please leave one on flickr. The format is easier for me to pop in and "talk".
My patterns are for small accessories that are quick to sew, simple to make, and use minimal supplies. Because I got my start selling finished sewn goods, I focus on making patterns for those of you who sell online, at craft shows, and in small boutiques. All patterns include the rights for small scale production.
