A few weeks ago I mentioned a topstitching experiment with the pleats on the Pleated Pouches. For the the first one I topstitched the pleat creases at #1 on the pattern piece. It helps them lay in place.
For this one, both the #1 pleat crease is topstitched and also half-way between #1 & #2.
The second crease at the half-way point is obvious when you are sewing it once you fold #1 to meet #2.
Topstitching both worked well for the large size. For the smaller sizes I think it is probably just extra work. The pleats on the smaller sizes aren't as far apart.
This large size will hold many eReaders. Here is is shown with one that is 4.75" wide x 7.25" tall:
Many of them are pretty close to this size. I think the large size would work even better for eReaders with just over 0.25" taken off the "place on fold" edge of both pattern pieces.
