The fabric is a Japanese cotton from about 6 years ago. It is no longer in print. All I have left are some larger scraps, and I hoard them since they are valuable (and I'm a fabric hoarder--just like you ;0]) So this pouch is a rare offering.
This pouch is designed for the iPhone 4S with a rubber bumper, or phones/gadgets with similar dimensions: 4.75" high x 2.5" wide x 0.5" deep. Pattern pieces to sew it yourself can be found here.
