When I was making the Pleated Pouches pattern, I made a square bow for one of the large ones and it looks really sweet on the front!
It has a great vintage look and the lines of the bow are a nice reflection of the pleats.
I used the same fabric as the pouch, so the bow blends in some for just a subtle touch of cute.
