Today was the first day of the SE Portland Art Walk. It was fun to open my door and chat with people who stopped by.

It hard to see, but there are two hanging terrariums in front of the window. They needed to be low enough for people to get a good view. But then I didn't want anyone to walk into them, so I put out the stool and chair. The chair was an excellent place to show off my hexagon pillow!
People were very nice, and lots of people stopped in to find out what I do. So it was a pleasant day of mostly socializing, and I also got some sewing done (a cute new bag is on the way!) while I was hanging out.
Tomorrow I'm going to try to get better pictures. My neighbor has a very large painting on the wall to the left, so we are going to make an effort to light up the hall to get some good photos.
