Today I'm making a few of these for my upcoming show. It isn't a big bag, but it still holds quite a bit of stuff. My favorite part of sewing the Dewdrop Handbag is you don't have to leave an opening for turning, so there is no hand sewing at the end. I don't mind the hand sewing, but it is a nice change to get to skip it!
This bag has been on the front page and also took third place in etsy's "The Pleasure is all Plaid" contest. In both instances the bags were made by people who purchased the pattern. Chuka made the Madras bag in the plaid contest and I can't remember who had the bag on the front page. It was a few months ago and I didn't make note of the shop.
